What do you love most about your job?
The feeling of accomplishment after finishing a job and feedback from satisfied customers is one of the best feelings.
Also the challenges we meet in this industry makes sure that we are always learning new things all the time. Seeing buildings after we completed their final cleans ,gives us such a sense of accomplishment when we think that we worked hard to make the building suitable for all the tenants move in and of course during these time of uncertainty with Covid-19 to know that we are doing our bit for the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our staff all have over 2 years of cleaning experience in the area of work they do. They are thoroughly vetted and come with police check, working with children's checks (schools and childcare centers), all our staff are also required to have their flu vaccines up to date.
At Connex Facility we make sure we conduct monthly cleaning audits to make sure the employees are working to the standard of cleanliness that we expect at our company. .
We also make sure our employees are up to date with training, as even in the cleaning industry, things can change quite and bit and training means that they are always at the head if the industry.
