An incredible and welcoming gym with a more holistic approach to training. I learnt it wasn't just about the exercises but also the importance of nutrition, mindset and daily habits. Tony (the owner) is super knowledgeable and very professional. Plus he's a nice guy. Been going to Crux off and on for the last 3 years and I can say that it is the ferrari of training services. The Personal Trainers at Crux made me feel very welcome, having just moved to a new country I spent lots of time looking for the right gym and was stoked to meet Tony at Crux, I had never done any type of personal training before and I felt comfortable straight away, from the 1 on 1 training to the groups sessions(which I now prefer). Was the best life decision I made joining Club Crux!

I became a member just over 4 years ago and the support not only from Tony & Mikaela but also from the fellow club members has been great. Tony works with you to make sure you focus on the right areas relevant too your goals and tailors programs whether you are a beginner or experienced.
Mikaela has been a lifesaver, I recently experienced a debilitating back injury and between herself and Tony provided remedial treatment and a tailored program to help with the rehabilitation.

Absolutely incredible!

At the start of my training, I had issues with a winged scapula.
Over a six week period, Tony has absolutely turned that around and has provided personal guidance on exercises to improve the area.

I'm now more balanced. and can now get back to enjoying working out as my scapula is no longer a limiting factor.

Regardless of the stage you're at with your fitness journey, I highly recommend Crux Training.

I have been training with Club Crux for over 6 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Tony and Mikaela have helped me with achieving my goals and maintaining my health and wellbeing, especially after various injuries I’ve had from my skiing adventures and managing stress from a hectic corporate career.
