We recently engaged Belinda from Chez B to style our house for sale. This solved one obvious problem, as we had already removed our furniture. We stepped back from the process and allowed Belinda to recommend the complete furniture and styling package. She was able to quickly assess what furniture would be suitable, the layouts and configurations. The staging process worked seamlessly. One minute the house was empty, then 48 hours later it was ready for our first open inspection, beds made, artwork in place. It was fantastic and was commented upon by many prospective buyers. Needless to say we are thoroughly delighted with the outcome. We think engaging Chez B contributed to the ease with which the house sold.
