What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation that people undergo when they deepen their relationship with themselves and those that are most important to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self-employed for over 10 years and I love the flexibility and adaptability it provides for me and my family. I am also addicted to learning so when there is professional development I want to undertake it gives me the freedom to adapt my schedule accordingly.

Yes absolutely, I have clients all over Australia.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Some changes were necessary for face to face clients eg masks etc but only when following the state guidelines. For now and hopefully for good we are back to normal.
Counselling
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence recovery, PTSD, infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF support, grief & loss, life transitions, relationship issues, stress/burnout, workplace stress, chronic pain, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, eating issues and eating disorders.
Counselling is offered at our Daisy Hill (Brisbane QLD) clinic or online from the comfort of your home.
Trauma Therapy
Whether you have experienced a single event, multiple events or have more complex trauma from childhood there is a way forward.
Trauma therapy reduces anxiety, panic and the associated triggers that keep showing up in your everyday life.
Perinatal Grief & Loss
If you have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth or are struggling with fertility such as undergoing IVF there is genuine support available to you. I am a counsellor who has specialist knowledge in this area as well as lived experienced and while I can not take away your pain I can walk this journey with you and help find your way through.
Fees
All counselling appointments are $110 per session
