What’s your signature dish?
I'm capable to produce from classic to innovative and unique gelato flavours according to the client needs.
From classic well-known flavours as hazelnut, pistachio, fior di latte, vanilla, chocolate, dark chocolate sorbets, white chocolate and berries to the most loved fruit flavours, all of them produced never exceeding in sugars with the goal to offer a healthy way to enjoy our premium gelato experience.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
That's what I love the most, defining with my clients exactly what they want to offer to their valuable guests and from there create a personalized line of flavor that will make unique their event.
What do you love most about your job?
The passion developed through many years of research on offering the healthiest possible Italian gelato experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2017 after long market research into the mobile food industry I have noticed that no one was able to offer pure artisan gelato of Italian tradition on a mobile format.
From there instead of opening a shop where I would wait for the customers to come in, I decided to create a versatile and innovative format where my gelato lab would be capable to reach directly all the real gelato lovers out there!
That was the beginning of a vision to make it accessible anywhere a gelato experience as good as it is in Italy.
