I always use Brocky's TV for all my TV needs. I recently had pixelation on my TV's as a result of an old antenna and cabling issues. They listen to you and diagnose the problem and then they explain the corrective options. I chose the option I thought was best for me. Our satisfaction comes from seeing the joy in our clients when they realise they actually can use the technology. A lot of customers feel stupid when it comes to technology like televisions and smart apps. We give clear and simple instructions, and we set it up so that it's easy to use. Then when we hand over the remote, we see our clients smile as they can do what they want to do. That's satisfying!

We repair TVs. First we discuss it and make sure yours is worth repairing (once they get past a certain age the parts become hard to acquire, so sometimes it's better not to even pay a deposit to have something assessed if it's too old. We help you figure this out over the phone).
