Brian's been training me for 10 years and I'm the fittest, strongest and most motivated I've ever been. I get pushed way past my comfort zone to know I'm getting the results I'm after and if I slacken for just a moment I get the 'disappointed you can do better look' which never fails to make me find that little extra. I was in such demand working for someone else that I decided to do it myself.

Work out with your partner or friend to achieve great results together. Partner training is a great way to motivate each and also share the cost of personal training. Just make sure you both have similar goals to each other.
