How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will tailor-make a program to that client's needs specifically based on their previous injury history, training experience, equipment available and outcome goals. After an initial conversation and questionnaire I will target a plan that produces the best outcomes for that individual. I will also work alongside an athlete or client's support network: coach/physiotherapist/dietitian to allow them the best outcomes possible.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There are many ways to achieve your training goal but without structure, discipline and hard work it can be very hard. I will create the environment that will allow you to achieve this.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with clients and athletes across multiple backgrounds, sports, training histories and abilities and seeing them reach their training potentials and goals, whatever that may be. There is something very fulfilling as a coach or trainer in being apart of that journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be honest, this whole period of COVID19 has created a lot of uncertainly and volatility for jobs in the sports industry. Many people have been on reduced hours and pay as a result and some have lost their jobs altogether. A silver lining to this is that it may open the door to having more experienced coaches and trainers be able to offer their skill-set to members of the general public, members who deserve this treatment just as much, if not more than elite athletes.
Giving members of the general public and grass-roots athletes the same service elite athletes receive has been on my mind for a while, so what better time to start than now.
