One - on - One PT Sessions
Because you’re an individual and therefore unique in all respects, I make sure that your training sessions are designed taking every aspect of your current and past history into account, and will deliver the health outcomes you are looking for. To achieve this, I'll start with a full fitness assessment including a functional movement screen, measurements and goal setting with agreed timelines. This information will be used to plan your workouts, provide you with nutritional guidance and guide you through the steps you need to take towards becoming a fitter, healthier and happier you!
