Bodyweight exercising allows you to train all aspects of your fitness; that is strength, cardio fitness, weight loss and mobility all at the same time. They can be easily changed to suit your current level of fitness and they you can move from one exercise to another very quickly.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to my clients then prepare an ongoing plan to move them towards their goal. I motivate with encouragement and praise. Exercises are demonstrated to ensure correct technique to reduce injuries and improve breathing, posture and ability.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and technique. Also variation and enjoyment and having someone who can explain this in a simple manner so you don't become confused and give up.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to expand on what their bodies are capable of and to reduce them reduce any pain they may be experiencing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to see what my body is capable of and I have always been active. i also love to learn and teach people.

I am supportive, friendly trainer who will gently guide you through your growth to reach your goals. I am a mobile trainer so I can travel to you. By using your own body weight you can learn to move effectively and be more graceful and have less pain.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I supply clients with their our mat and inner gloves fro boxing. As I travel to your place I sanitise my hands before entry and on exit.

I can train one on one or in small groups from 2 people up to 10 people.

I understand that as we get older our preferences change and so do our bodies. I am over 50 myself and realise that training smarter is more important than training harder. Injuries take more time to recover. Sometimes it is just more about mobility and moving throughout the day freely.
Bodyweight
By using your own body you can begin to understand how we move and what our bodies can actually do! I can improve your moving patterns such as squatting or bending for the lower body and shoulder mobility and upper body strength for the arms etc.
