Absolutely Love Body Revival Thomastown . Exercise has become such an important part of my daily routine and BR Thomastown makes it enjoyable in every way. Although the workouts are extremely challenging at times, the trainers make the atmosphere extremely motivating and the way they constantly encourage you is unlike any other gym I have ever had memberships with over the years.

Aaron and his team are world class!

I hadn't stepped into a gym in many years and was pretty nervous about doing so.

However, the team at 'Body Revival Strength and Performance' made me feel welcome, safe and confident from the start.

I am stronger, fitter and have dropped body fat but the best part is that I love exercising again. The community is fun, supportive and encouraging.

What an absolutely amazing environment, supportive team and such a positive community of people who have come together to train, get fit, feel good and be healthy. The support that I have received from Body Revival is something that I never thought I could have ever received from a gym. The weeks that I have been a bit slack they have checked in on me, the weeks that I have been consistent with my training they have also followed up to see how my journey is going even after 2 years of being there. This is the only program that's worked for me since having my daughter 6 1/2 years ago. I've learnt so much about nutrition and about myself and Stacey is so supportive and understanding. The phases are a great way to teach you about changing your eating habits without feeling too overwhelmed. I feel like I will be able to stay on track by myself when I'm finished the program and continue losing weight. So far I've lost 13kg and still have 1 more phase to complete. I have been training with Body Revival for 2 years. Body Revival is much more than just a gym & the culture is second to none. The trainers are very knowledgeable & push their clients to strive for results which some other gyms don't. Trainers also correct clients techniques if they are doing the exercises incorrectly.

I did a Transformation Challenge in 2019, where I lost a massive 15kgs of fat & gained 1kg of muscle.. Training with BR is very good for physical & mental health. I definitely recommend Body Revival for the long term results that you can achieve.
