Yesterday my Apple MacBook Air decided it would not turn on. I work as a physiotherapist and have all my patient notes on my computer and had a big day of patients ahead. Blue Mountains Computers were amazing In getting my computer back up and running for my work day! I could not recommend them enough! Fantastic customer service and got it fixed so quickly for me!! How dare you charging more than $600 for replacing a cracked screen on an iPhone 11 whereas Apple themselves charge $319? What good do you think you are doing to local businesses This is disgusting. Shame on you.

Hess and Chris were amazing! Service was 5 star, I came in with a warranty claim for my apple iPad that wouldn't charge. Within 2 days i had a brand new iPad! Communication was wonderful, with text updates along the way. Greeted with a smile always. If you have any computer issues these are your guys, wouldn't go anywhere else!!! More...

The guys at BMC could not have provided better customer service if they tried. I dropped my son's Laptop off and they diagnosed the problem and kept me informed at every step along the way. They spoke in normal language that I could understand and no "tech speak". I thoroughly recommend them. I found them as an Apple authorised repairer through the Apple Support site during the COVID-19 lockdown. There were no Apple Shops open at that time. They really got me out of trouble.
