Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the Begbie Bentham team for our lovely new house. It was a knock down, rebuild and they took care of everything i. e. getting the plans through council, arranging the demolition and removal of the old house, the cut/fill/retaining of the block, building the pool and of course building the house. They were extremely patient with me whilst going through the lead up to signing the contract. It was my first build, having only ever done renovations prior, and I was working to a budget. I came up with a rough design and James worked with me to get it to a state that could be built and look great both inside and out. Adam had endless patience whilst I asked heaps of questions re 'what does this cost, what if we did it that way, would it be more cost effective?' on many, many items such as balustrading, retaining walls, kitchen options etc. They were also very flexible in allowing us to to supply things like appliances, some tiles that were not standard spec ie the 1200 x 600 tiles in the ensuite, plumbing items, fans and lights. The communication was great and the Co-Construct app was a fantastic tool to capture everything and make sure there were no grey areas. Thanks so much to the whole team.
