I am absolutely blown away by b2b. I am a singlet foster parent and COVID lockdown was really hard. Then I got a phone call from b2b saying they had chosen me for their Spread the Love Initiative and offered me two free weeks of cleaning. I cried bit just because the house looked incredible foe the first time in months, but because I suddenly didn’t feel alone. Such an incredible initiative and a beautiful ethos for this company!! Oz & the team organized my clean at short notice after original cleaners did a “no-shoe”. Great job, my property manager commented how wonderful the place looked when she did inspection (which I was worried about as she has caused me a lot of grief over my last 4 months with trying to get a rent reduction). The girls were lovely & obliging while I was having ongoing panic attacks from stress. Only one issue was I accidentally left 4 postage paid parcels ready to post when I left and asked if they could pop them in the mail. There is no record of these being posted so assume they got thrown out by accident and I had to refund eBay buyers as parcels not lodged. Would still use Oz and his team again though - I should have fought through my mental health issues and been more organized!! More...

I contacted the b2b Cleaning Group team to organise a vacate clean for my apartment.
I was blown away by the professional service and ease to organise.
The staff arrived early, were courteous, asked all the right questions and were very efficient.
Long story short, my landlord said that the place was cleaner than when I had moved in - happily returned my bond and a bottle of champagne!
