Olfa is AMAZING!
I started to see Olfa a few months ago in regards to some digestif issues and in preparation of a major surgery, and I do not know what I would do without her!
Not only has she helped me heal my gut, but she has been a huge support for me through pre and post surgery. Olfa is a fantastic holistic health practitioner with a kind and open out look on life.
Thank you so much Olfa for helping me look and feel my best physically, emotionally and spiritually!

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is CRUCIAL to your health and wellbeing, because it will provide all the necessary building blocks for your body and mind to work optimally, but also because it will contain minimal levels of "nasties" which can hinder your health. However a "healthy diet" is not a one-size-fits-all diet, because we are all different and have different needs. When you work with me, you will learn how to improve your diet based on your personal circumstances, and how simple realistic dietary changes can contribute to your health both short term and long term.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a qualified healthcare practitioner, practicing under the authority of 2 major professional associations (ANTA and NHAA). I believe strongly in the power of approaching health using both science and traditional knowledge, which leads me to be constantly researching the best solutions for my patients, whether in the newest research findings or in the proven traditional wisdom of our ancestors.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I offer both in-person and online appointments. Online consultations are run using a secure platform (Zoom), and include the same content as in-person consultations. All booking can be made from my wesbite or from this page: https://avicennahw.setmore.com/
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My patients' health is my priority. My clinic space allows for the necessary distancing, and I provide online consultations if you prefer to avoid direct contact.
Initial Consultation - 60 min
In-depth exploration of your health concerns, as well as a review of your medical history, diet and lifestyle factors such as activity, stress, sleep, etc. It also includes a physical examination to take your blood pressure and to perform other checks based on your individual presentation.
Follow-up Consultation - 45 min
Review of your health progress, interpretation of pathology results, further exploration of your case, and the renewal or adjustment of your treatment plan.
Short Consultation - 30 min
Short session which can be used either:
- For a quick check-in when you are in maintenance regime, so that you are feeling supported throughout your treatment and can renew your prescription easily
- For an acute consult, if you need a natural remedy to relieve the symptoms of a benign and self-limiting condition (cold, flu, tonsillitis, gastro, headache, period pain, etc.).
Laboratory Testing
Pathology and functional tests can be requested through our practice as part of nutrition or naturopathy consultations. Results are used to refine our assessment of your health and to track your progress. A detailed report on the findings and their interpretation can be provided.
