I hope people take the time tread this.
To see a hypnosis therapist was out of the box for me.I had been to two different therapist and they I feel like hadn't helped me in any way .
After one session with Michael that ass of a negative voice in my head has gone . It is more than amazing to me as it's been there for years telling me I'm worthless and there for the negatives in all situations,so to have it suddenly vanish is amazing and it's been a month and It hasn't returned.
I decided to have a session with Michael on relationships also as I had ended a relationship with my fiance.And I could not understand myself why it ended and no it wasn't because of the little voice, hahaha.

I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day from 17 till I was 42. I tried patches, nicotine chewing gum none of them worked for me, I started a course of nicotine lozenges 4mg and they were great. Problem for me was I used them as a replacement rather than weaning myself off over 12 weeks. I’m now 55 and still using up to 8 per day. I’ve been wanting to give hypnotherapy a go, and have spoken to people who’ve had success with it. I have to admit that I was sceptical about whether it would work for me. I did one session with Michael and to my surprise I haven’t had a lozenger in 7 days. It’s hard to explain but when ever my brain prompts me to think about a lozenger something in my mind blocks the thought. More...

I have suffered from Panic and Anxiety disorder for over 30 years. To be honest when you have this condition you like to be in control of everything which I why I never considered Hypnosis. I relented and decided what do I have to loose?. Do I continue the pharmaceutical path or do I try something more healthy and sustainable. To understand why this review is important you need to understand the severity. I like to be a recluse, no shopping centers, no concerts, just no going out in general unless i absolutely had to. Everything had to planned days in advance just to get ready for any upcoming event. Now to Michael - He was warm and inviting but also saw straight through my skepticism. I was scared, nervous and yep anxious to the point of panic. What I can safely say now is that after one session (YES THATS ALL IT TOOK) I look forward to going out and I am eerily calm about it. I'm now more involved with family than I ever have been. If I knew this would work I would have done it long ago. I have not taken any medication since this session (under doctors instruction of course) and I feel great. I booked a session with Michael because I having problems with my defacto partner.
