What do you love most about your job?
Helping businesses get a marketing strategy that actually works. Learning about what will work specifically for each business rather than the cookie cutter approach that is everywhere in marketing. You need to have a great product or service at a price customers are prepared to pay available in the right channels and promoted powerfully - that bring success. I love helping businesses achieve this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A bad boss! Really - that is the truth. Given how much time you spend at work you want to be surrounded by people you like and in an environment that is inspiring. I have been able to create that for myself as my own boss. Although I wish I'd give myself some more holidays. I worked hard for companies building their organisations and businesses and I wanted to do that for myself. Now I wouldn't do anything else.
