With over 30 years experience as a therapist I work with adults and young people to assist them to heal or resolve the past emotional injuries and traumas that underlie persistent or recurring negative emotional states and reactions. Such states are often associated with mental health issues like stress, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviour, and relationship dificulties. The techniques used are wholistic, evidence-based, gentle and safe, and efficient. I currently have vacancies to take on new clients who are ready to take the step into therapy and improve their lives at my new location in Fitzroy.
