The most rewarding part of my work is to watch my clients overcoming their challenges and doing what they couldn't do before.

I have been ‘thrown in a deep end’ repeatedly in my personal and professional lives making me realise that counterintuitively these challenges have shaped me into the best version of myself. I believe that delving deeper fearlessly into oneself is the key to any significant transformation, and my role is to be there for you with compassion and encouragement.

Yes, online and face to face. I work on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime and phone.
In person coaching can also be arranged if client is in Sydney, NSW.

Online services and face masks if a client prefers to work in person.
