My signature dish is a Moroccan Chicken Pie which is a North African inspired canape with chicken cooked with coriander,ginger, garlic, Moroccan spices, crushed almonds, and cinnamon, enveloped in filo pastry and topped with more nuts and icing sugar. The Moroccan spice gives them a unique flavour .

I like to meet with my prospective clients in person,prior to menu planning to get to know them and discover what food they do or don't like. Together then we will create a menu especially designed for them and their guests.

I love meeting new people and talking to them about them and what they love to eat.

I have been cooking for others for over 40 years in a domestic capacity, and after 30 years working for other people in various customer service roles, I decided to do what I really love and that is to create beautiful food for others to enjoy. It was the best move I have ever made!

No, I cater finger food for parties and corporate functions.

For some clients, I have created individual boxes of finger food that are perfect for brunches,lunches, morning, or afternoon teas. I am a Covid19 Marshal so I can oversee social distancing at parties. I also have given clients the option to have food ready prepared and delivered instead of me being there but that is up to the individual client.

I cater for brunches, lunches, cocktail parties, morning and afternoon teas, birthday parties and more.
A typical menu over dinner time will consist of 10 - 15 canapes per person and a sweet treat to finish, a light lunch menu, morning or afternoon tea would consist of 6-8 canapes plus a sweet treat, but how much you want to eat and what, is entirely up to you and I can help you decide! I will either deliver or I can attend the function with my team to help with heating and serving your canapes. I would love to cater for your next function!
