Had bird removal and gutter guard quoted, agreed to quote trusting the “professionals” in what was required. From what was quoted to what was completed, there was a huge discrepancy! Bird and nest removal quoted however the technicians said there was no nesting and no need for bird and nest removal. All State Pest control stated my property had some gutter guard installed in the corners which would have prevented the birds entering my roof and the problem was the neighbouring house. I was informed by one of the employees the job could have been completed for $2000 not the quoted $3520 which upset me as I told them I had recently lost my job due to Covid, I asked the importance of getting the job done and they stressed it was an issue that would only get worse and mentioned they do an interest free 12 month payment plan (can obviously offer this due to the high volume of people they rip off). I felt taken advantage of and was shocked people would inflate prices to earn a dollar, almost the “used car salesman” attitude! In conclusion to the workmanship, one of the corners was not completed properly and left in a dangerous and terrible mess as well as litter left around my property and garden (will try to attach pictures). I called to discuss and spoke with Jermone several times. He was so condescending and extremely rude, talking over me consistently that I requested to deal with management. The CEO returned my call and tried to make a “good will gesture” of $200 off the bill which I accepted and sent out the technicians to fix the corner. Once again requiring me to be home and another inconvenience. Lastly, they have not spelt my name correctly or put the correct billing address on the invoice which now, 3 emails later still has not been rectified. Very unprofessional, not trustworthy and dishonest. If only I could have inspected my roof myself and not have had to rely on calling in so professionals I could have saved myself $3520. In saying this, I obtained several quotes however AllState Pest Control were recommended to me so I agreed to accepting their quote. Very sad to feel taken advantage of by a so called honest South Australian owned, family run business. Would definitely not trust or recommend All State Pest Control to anyone! More...

Mark from Allstate Pest Control did a Termite Inspection to our house. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job and was very efficient. He was also nice to talk to. Gave us a partial verbal report and sent a copy of the report of the inspection as well.
