Customer service and technical support does not meet the expectations and responsibilities of such a potential life changing device. Due to the negligence and the customer service or lack thereof that resulted in myself being physically assaulted, robbed of my belongings and the worst of all subjected to further trauma emotionally and physically.Had your team member done her job properly this could have been prevented. I have been let down again, spending my money on the Sentinel AISM security watch, I chose to try and protect myself and purchase this. You see, I've broken the cycle of DV a d I'm strong and able to stand up and support myself.I actually found value in myself and was wanting to protect myself. I requested a refund which was denied, they wouldn't give of $715 , even though I was assaulted and robbed as a result of their negligence. I could have lost my life..How do you put a price on that??
