Advance Clean - Up Au

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review for this business; for a 2x bed 2x bath 2x balcony end of lease clean, significant components of the standard service description stated on the website were completely disregarded: Bathroom - Ensuite bathroom was only lightly wiped down - Shower screen was not clean free of soap residue - Vanity, sink basin, toilet (under the seat and outside) and mirrors had not been adequately cleaned with marks still visible on the surfaces - No polishing of the sink and shower-head - Both bathroom floors not vacuumed or mopped - No attempt at cleaning tiles and grout in either bathroom Laundry - Only had the cupboards wipes down - No mopping or vacuuming of floors - No cleaning of the sink/drains - No dusting of walls Kitchen - Floor was not mopped or vacuumed properly - Living/dining room - Floor had not been mopped or vacuumed properly - No sliding door tracks had been wiped down - All skirting boards and power points had not been wiped down Bedrooms: - Main bedroom was not vacuumed properly with clumps of hair still visible on the carpet Balcony: - Balcony had not been swept or mopped just water thrown over it No room had any small marks removed from walls as stated in the description. Overall: Upon the key exchange with the cleaners departing for their next job with no mention of the status or quality of the service just given, we went to look at the apartment and spent the next 2hrs trying to touch up the major faults as the landlord and leasing agent were coming to inspect the property which we had advised the cleaners about when they had arrived. We contacted the customer service representative to advise the situation and find the solution to rectify our major dilemma. Unfortunately the service recovery provided by Helen was dismissive and arrogant despite the service provided not being fulfilled and stated no reimbursements would be offered only that they would return tomorrow at 8am to touch up the apartment. The current situation is extremely concerning as we no longer know whether we can trust this return clean to be of the standard required for an end of lease clean as our first experience was a horror show and we now risk not getting our bond back. Complete waste of time and money for a service not even being fully provided and the treatment of customers being absolutely horrendous. More...

Couldn’t recommend it enough! Those guys did an amazing job with my end of lease cleaning. Everything was spotless and shining, resulting in our bond fully returned.
