I did Kristy’s “6 weeks to summer” program with ALFA. We had a groupchat which created a really supportive and encouraging environment. Kristy sent us a different and exciting workout everyday, they were never the same and always felt effective! Her exercises are easy to follow and adaptable for all levels. Kristy also did in person classes which were affordable and really fun. She combined beach sprints, weights and body weight exercises. Kristy also gave us advice for healthy eating and lifestyle choices. After the 6 weeks I had lost 6.5cms from my waist, 4cm around my hips and 1.5kgs! Amazing workouts for people of all fitness levels Kristy always tailors the workouts to maximise getting the most out of all areas of the body which is great even if you have no equipment at home. You can always fit them into your daily routine as they are nice and time conducive! If you can't make the live workouts, they are all recorded so do them in your own time! Consistency and a plan. Just find something you love to do and do it regularly. Enjoyment is key, it should not feel like a chore.

Helping people feel great and healthy. Healthy living can genuinely change people's lives. More energy, more confidence, who dent want that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To help as many people as I can. I want to work outside as I feel it is the most beautiful and holistic way to train. Fresh air makes you feel exhilarated.

Yes, I have an online workout program. Members can access Daily workouts which can be done in their own time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Booking systems and sanitisation of equipment. Outdoor training is also a lot safer than inside the gym.
