What do you love most about your job?
I love what I do because the results are tangible and life changing. As a Career and Executive Coach, I see myself as a confidante and I support my clients with career, workplace and life success. As a Career Coach, I achieve this through helping my clients define their direction, purpose and strengths. I also work with them to articulate branding for their CV's and provide expert CV and application review, as well as interview skills coaching. As an Executive and Life Coach, I help clients with fresh new perspectives for their challenges and help them draw on their strengths and values to make effective decisions for their situations. I achieve this though effective questions, frameworks and tools and embedding new skills. Some examples of areas clients seek my help with are: leadership skills; time management, prioritisation, competing priorities and work-life balance; assertiveness and communication; emotional intelligence and resilience; difficult conversations; feedback discussions; and managing conflict.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business to share the expertise I bring, gained over 20 years as a highly qualified and credentialled Executive and Career Coach. I am passionate about consistently achieving results for my clients and authored the No. 1 Amazon Best Seller in 2019 'In the Moment Coaching For Leaders : Quick and Effective Strategies to Inspire, Connect and Excel' because I am passionate about helping people that are time-poor with quick and effective practical strategies to make a difference in their work and in their lives. I knew moving into business was the right decision because I can offer clients peace of mind knowing they are working with a Coach that brings significant expertise, professionalism and a track record of success.
