What makes a great website?
A great website is a cross between good UX (User Experience), that is, it being able to achieve an easy to use, fast experience for the user on all devices, combined with being able to achieve the businesses core objectives/marketing goals, whether that be making sales, educating potential customers or just providing a professional branding/presence + social proof (using things such as reviews and portfolios) for prospective clients/customers.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We would mostly ask goal related questions so we can get an idea of where the business is at, and where it wants to be, as well as the goals of the new website/online presence... such as:
What are your goals from getting your new website online?
What kind of features would you envision needing on this new website?
Do you have an existing website?
If you have products for sale/need eCommerce, how many products, and what sort of customers are you catering to (wholesale, retail, affiliate etc).
Do you have existing branding or design requirements.
Following this we have a customer brief form when we are ready to go ahead that asks all the simple, but important questions about a business that we need to build your new online presence.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Director, Eden Brownlee, started developing websites at just 13 years old and quickly developed a passion for it. After seeing the poor quality coming out of a non-standardised industry, this passion lead him to create a team that would be able to provide reliable quality to small and medium business, ensuring they can get access to the kind of professional online presence expected in the modern business arena.
