Poor Benson didn’t know what he got himself into when he met Valen and I. Turned out we didn’t have to do too many crunches in our work outs because we spent the whole time laughing. Goodlife Carousel ought to be paying us a fee for the entertainment! But in all seriousness Benson is a great PT, he knows just how far he can push you and then he pushes you a little further with an evil smile on his face! He is always available for ad hoc advice and is clearly an expert in his field. If you’re after a PT who knows people and is approachable and down to earth I definitely recommend you call Benson. Benson is an absolute star nothing feels as good as body confidence and inner happiness and that’s exactly what this man has helped me achieve! Starting out in a gym is tough! Nobody wants to be that person who uses the equipment incorrectly or pays $20+ a week to use the treadmill.. committing to a complete lifestyle change without the knowledge to obtain body goals is a recipe for anxiety. I barely spoke my first couple of sessions I was extremely anxious and luckily for me I was partnered up with Benson who waltzed in with a full neon tracksuit (with matching shoes) and had me laughing within minutes. He is a gentle, caring and extremely qualified man who will honestly change your life in more ways than the number on the scales I’ve never witnessed a session between Benson and a client where one party isn’t in fits of laughter.
