A Class catering

I had booked a fine dining experience dinner with a few of the girls and I in Vincentia and we all absolutely loved it! Steve made the most amazing food while Martin catered to us with professional service and provided us with kindness and many laughs. It was almost silent during our dinner because we all were so focused on our delicious meals. They were also kind enough to cater a vegetarian meal separate from the main dishes ordered. You should hire Martin and Steve to cater your wedding. Why? Through two cancelled wedding dates (thanks COVID!) all the way to the third, A Class Catering was our rock. Our wedding was first cancelled because of lock down and then cancelled again because our venue decided our postponed date was still too risky. Martin and Steve met with us multiple times to discuss options and explain the new and changing rules, and they offered alternatives and understanding as we scrambled to get our day together on short notice. And that was before the actual day. When the wedding came, they impressed us even more. When Martin and Steve arrived in the morning a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Martin took care of so much of the remaining wedding day organisation all while helping Steve whip up amazing dishes from scratch. Throughout the night every dish was delicious and our guests couldn't stop complementing the food. When we returned from having photos taken all we heard about were how good the hors d'oeuvres we missed out on were. These complements meant even more as they came from meat eaters about an entirely vegan menu. Ok, my dear wife conspired to give me a weekend away with the whole family down at Berry. We rented a house and had a 2 man catering team come to the residence and do the food. Well, these 2 guys absolutely nailed it, total professionals, Steve and Martin (Ok ok, no Steve Martin jokes!) from A Class Catering came and gave us a terrific 3 course meal, and some great conversation, this experience taught me a lot about how hard people in the hospitality industry work.
