Often coaches have no understanding of what the client actually needs and they get this cookie-cutter training and nutrition program the coach gives to all their clients. My job is to take what I know works and change it to suit you the client, not the other way around.

The secret is finding a health and fitness solution that is the least intrusive on your life and having a coach guide you through this.

I love helping people find out that health and fitness is not drill sergeant coaches and chicken and broccoli. I am empathetic with my clients and will find a way to make sustainable changes without completely overhauling your life.

I started 3PT from my love of fitness. My business quickly gathered recognition due to my emphasis on the client. I strongly believe that there are many knowledgeable trainers out there who don't understand how to deal with the everyday client. My approach of taking proven fitness methods and principles and blending them with the client's needs, wants and lifestyle demands has proven a recipe for success. This spurred me to continue taking this further and I have now built a team of 9 coaches in our very own studio in Port Melbourne.

Yes, I have a very comprehensive online service. It includes everything my face-to-face clients receive except the in-person sessions.


Our online coaching service is a super comprehensive experience foe those that can't see us face to face. You will receive:

An individualised training program designed to support your goals. This is continuously adjusted based on the athlete’s response to training.

Nutritional guidance to support training and weight management into competition.

Formal weekly communication with your coach in a check-in format. Training videos are analysed and feedback is provided. Your coach is available to contact via WhatsApp outside of these designated check in times as well.

3PP exclusive nutrition guides and MFP guides to provide a deeper level of understanding with regards to nutrition.
