Watching someone's eyes light up when I explain a concept to them that will help them in their job or business.

The desire to build something myself from scratch and to have an adventure.

All of my services can be provided online, however it is always good to see people face to face to discuss problems. So if it makes sense to do so, i'm happy to travel to meet people.

My business coaching service includes weekly or fortnightly meetings, where I act as a thought partner for you and your business. We will explore the problems you are facing, pull them a part to fully understand, and discuss the pro's & con's of the options available to you to address.
Process Improvement

My steps in process improvement include: Understanding what the process's aim is, documenting the existing process, collaboratively developing the new process and then imbedding that process within your organization through documentation and training.
I have led many process improvement projects including; BD & Sales management, Quoting & pricing, Client invoicing, staff scheduling, Client project management, AP & Payroll.

The package covers traditional financial reports (P&L, Cashflow, Balance sheet) as well as non financial reports bespoke to your firm (Utilisation, Sales conversion rates etc), reports are prepared with a historical & forecast view.
