This is a fixed fee engagement which would include the following;
1.5 hr site visit
Site analysis plan including assessment of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
Council planning scheme review
Project mood board
2 x concept floorplan diagrams.
Opinion of probable cost for each option
Initial project budget including forecast costs for all fees (including detailed architectural services fee) and project contingency allowances
The above would be consolidated in to a comprehensive report to provide piece of mind when embarking on the next steps.
The cost for the above would be $2500ex GST. Typical timeframe for completion of the above would be 2-3 weeks
($500 ex GST payment required upon commencement)
