What do you love most about your job?
I love solving problems before they turn into bigger issues—that’s something that comes with experience but sometimes people think I have super powers especially when things go wrong. But more than anything, it’s the satisfaction of seeing clients feel supported, heard, and happy. When my clients are at ease, its fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Property management business model hasn’t changed much in 30 years, even after Covid and all the advances in tech. I saw how little training new agents get and how experienced people were leaving the industry. I wanted to create a model that actually works—for both clients and agents—and I’ve lived through it myself in traditional offices. This structure works, and that’s why I started Westlink.

You have to know me to understand. Clients who work with me quickly realise it’s not just about transactions. Unlike sales, Property management is about long-term relationships, built on boundaries and respect which not only keeps people happy, but makes my job easier. My intentions are genuine—and that’s what sets me apart. People say you shouldn't take business personally, but to some extend, business is personal.

Yes, absolutely. We’ve set things up so you can do everything from the comfort of your home—video meetings, digital leases, virtual inspections, and even support if you want to manage your property yourself. It’s flexible, efficient, and still personal.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We moved a lot of our services online and meet in person when preferred. When we do, we follow health guidelines to make sure everyone’s safe. But honestly, most clients love how easy and convenient our remote services are now.
