We had earlier bought
house and land package in a new area which didn’t grow at all. However, Vineet analysed every suburb across Australia and then came out with top 3. The analysis was based on data like vacancy rates, rent
growth, percentage renters, growth rate etc. which we never heard of. Then he further quarantined the bad areas of that suburbs based on another 15-20 factors
and then gave us the best possible property. Vineet you deserve every penny of the fees you charge!!
