I wanted to help people, and to do things my way. I focus on my clients and let the rest take care of itself.

Yes, since covid most of our work is now done online, however there are times when face to face meetings is preferable for us and our clients and we happily do the face meeting when appropriate.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since covid we now offering remote online access and meetings, when meeting with clients in face to face setting, we first ask if our clients would like us to be wearing a mask. We follow all the standard hygiene methods to minimise the chances of catching covid ourselves and passing it on.
