Wedding Planning
Our Full Planning allows those who have a small idea of what they would like, but would prefer to sit back and let us do all of the hard work for you. It’s truly a service we value as we get to know you as a couple and help you pull together some amazing vendors that will fit your vibe and style (pending availability) as well as offer regular advice, help keep your pennies in check and give you friendly reminders of what you should be up to and when.
Wedding Coordination
We offer unlimited support via email or phone in the leadup to the 2 month mark, which will then be the time where we conduct a site inspection at the venue. I can discuss in detail with you both how you would like everything to be on your wedding day – the setup, the overall vibe and what is happening throughout the reception. We then create a detailed runsheet for all your key vendors to communicate timings and setup requirements, bump in and delivery details etc. Then on the day we are making sure your ceremony and reception space look absolutely beautiful, setup as planned and just how you imagined, from the blank canvas right through to the finished product – plates cutlery glassware as well as styling items such as signage, placecards menus etc if required! We also manage your selected vendors, ensuring they are keeping to time, fluff the cushions, light the candles, but most importantly making sure you and your fiancé are having the most perfect day! We are there as a huge support, we take the load off your shoulders.. in the leadup and on the day itself.
