Since taking over the business my head was clouded with so many thoughts and ideas yet i was struggling to prioritise of how to put this all into practice as i was still being dragged into the day to day issues and not finding the time to work on the business. I met originally with three different coaching companies and the most important thing for me was to click knowing someone was going to listen to me and work with me not just how they thought things should go. I originally spoke to Lana who was accomodating of my needs and from there set up a Zoom meeting with Nick followed by a face to face with Nick the very next day. With in 48 hours i knew the team from Upcoach was for me. Nick has been very professional with his outlook and the time he has taken to educate me of the processes to up skill not only myself but my hole team has been incredible. Upcoach is amazing at Business Consulting. When we signed up, we thought, this sounds too good to be true but we were in desperate need. Upcoach has not only delivered in customer service as a team but Nick has also turned up every week with a wealth of knowledge and explains it so each one of us understands. I thought it would be a lot more work to take on a consultant but in fact, having Upcoach by our side gives us more free time to have that work/life balance that any business owner would be craving.
