What do you love most about your job?
I first purchased a property in 1986. It was an important decision so I now get a lot of satisfaction assisting clients with the management and protection of their investment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years working for multi-national resource companies, the challenges and variety associated with running my own business keeps me motivated.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Ultima Realty, we have made a decions to remain small and focus on 'personal service'.
Clients get the benefit of ~30 years knowledge and experience, including at executive level, where the property portfolio consisted of over 3500 houses and 200 community and commercial leases.
Property Managment
Full service which includes; selecting tenants, ongoing management, ensuring your property is correctly maintained and advocacy (which is occasionally required).
Importantly, we do the PCR's inhouse, only used reputable maintenance trades and have significant property maintenance experience so advice provided to the Landlords can be relied upon.
