Much of what we do can be done online and remotely however, four times per year we are inspecting your property, rain hail or shine, even COVID did not stop us, it merely slowed us down. Our customers can access all the current property information through our portal 24/7.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have adopted a range of practices including, masks, hand sanitizing, regular decontamination of all work spaces also remote inspections with the assistance of our tenants when required. We have been very fortunate here in NQ that we have experienced far less impact than our fellow Australians in the major cities and southern states.
