He is super easy to get along with, and his positivity is unmatched - I find myself laughing throughout our entire sessions.
I came to Tim wanting to build strength after a back injury, and with his extensive knowledge of human movement and conditioning, he has helped me feel confident in my ability to get stronger and avoid re-injuring my back. With his guidance and motivation, my goals and relationship with weightlifting and the gym have transformed completely.
Tim takes the time to work with me individually, trying new exercises until he finds the ones that best suit me. He knows when to challenge me and push me past my comfort zone - he helps me to exceed my own expectations every session, all while being extremely supportive. The gym used to be a place that scared me, but now our sessions are a highlight of my week!
