How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through personalised programming and support. Each client is different. They have different needs and goals so we meet them where they are at and help them navigate the path that is the right one for them based on their individual goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is the key to achieving any of your goals. The actions that you can take each day will move you towards your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people. We believe in people before they believe in themselves. Watching a client grow and develop is the most rewarding part of what we do!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was hearing so many people saying that they wanted or needed to exercise but they didn't want to go to a mainstream gym. Mums wanted the flexibility to train around their kids and not have to pay for care or use a creche. I decided there needed to be a better way. I wanted to provide a space for everyone, but importantly a space that allowed people the freedom to exercise and not feel intimidated but 100% supported.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not a gym! We are a community of like-minded people who are on a journey to improve our wellness, health, fitness or strength. We work in small groups so our trainers can give you specific programs and exercise that assist you to work towards YOUR goals. We are coaches, not just cheerleaders.

All of our sessions are available via Zoom to all of our clients. Some sessions may require access to equipment which the client would need to have available at their home/location they will be attending from remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We regularly deep clean and sanitise all equipment a number of times a week. We supply hand santiser and a hand washing station in the studio. We supply antibacterial wipes for cleaning in between sessions. Staff can also wear masks when and if required. We cap numbers to ensure that all participants are able to keep a safe distance from each other during sessions.
1:1 Personal Training
One on one personalised training sessions in a state of the art facility. Sessions designed around current health and fitness with your goals in mind. Your first session is FREE. T&Cs apply
Team Training
Team training will get you results in a fun yet personalised environment. Work towards your goals with up to 8 other participants.
Semi-Private Training
Personalised semi-private personal training sessions are great for friends and couple who want to train together towards improving their fitness. Only 2 or 3 people per session tailor to current fitness with specific goals in mind. The first session is FREE
Wellness Coaching
Assess your current physical and emotional state, and help set goals for what you want to achieve in your overall wellness and health by working with you on plans of action to reach these goals. The first session is FREE
Nutritional Supplementation
Wholefood plant-based nutritional products to help bridge the gap between what we eat and what our bodies need to optimally function on a daily basis. Health supplementation consultation session is FREE
