What’s your signature dish?
Juicy grass fed scotch fillets served on a crusty roll with onions! Followed closely by our signature BBQ duck breast and date skewers marinated in honey soy garlic sprinkled with seasame seeds. You will not taste anything better if you like something a little more fancy in BBQ'd duck breast.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a wonderful BBQ menu that everybody will love, however if the client wished to alter anything then we would be more than happy to oblige. Nothing beats simple, Australian BBQ produce that everyone can enjoy.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and getting all the compliments on wonderful food.

Take advantage of a gap in the market to provide exceptional grass fed beef from paddock to plate
