highly unprofessional, unable to do their job, left mid party refusing to give me a refund claimed party was "too hectic" and drove off running from 4 little boys, leaving me and my 2 friends (16 year olds) alone with risk. ive called multiple times, theyre consistantly swearing at me cussing me out and refusing to repay me $330 out of the $550 for the hours they were not there. they did not listen was constantly going inside to ask me to tell people to leave as if that wasnt their job. not only that but straight after they blocked my number and blocked any form of contact and when i finally got a hold of them the language they were using was absolutely unprofessional this was a horrible experience would not reccomend at ALL. I'm not going to go into detail about this night because there was too much going wrong from the very start of the party. Hiring two guards and expecting them to risk their lives to save your night, especially when the situation was far beyond saving is totally unjustifiable. When the party spiraled out of control and the organizers ignored our instructions constantly from the start of the night. Then machetes and Rambo knives were pulled out by groups of patrons wearing balaclavas and ski masks by a well known gang, Our guards were in serious danger. The organisers of this party new this gang and then called the police immediately just as it started spiraling out of control. Our guards aborted this party for there own safety.

All Sovereign Security Australia officers hold a current Security Monitoring and Crowd Control License, First Aid Certificate and a RSA Certificate as a minimum.
