I recently had two unpleasant experiences at 8 Parramatta Square while waiting for a family member to finish work. The first time, a security guard named Luke told me to wait in the cafe instead of the lobby. I was simply sitting on my phone, not bothering anyone. I noticed other people, including older ladies, were sitting in the lobby without being approached. This felt discriminatory and made me uncomfortable. I suspect I was singled out because of my race. The second time, another security guard named Ben told me they prefer people not to wait in the lobby. This seems contradictory, as the lobby has chairs and tables. I contacted the PSQ marketing team about these incidents and was satisfied with their response and investigation. However, I'm disappointed that the concierge team at 6 & 8 Parramatta Square seems to have inconsistent knowledge of the policies. More...
