First home purchase
If this is your first time purchasing a property we can walk you through what a lender is looking.
All lenders will want to know: (1) Can you service the loan. Do you have enough free income to pay the loan back. Lenders want to lend funds, they don't want to own properties. (2) Do you have a sufficient deposit. This is also about decreasing the risk to the lender. The lender wants to know that you can provide a large enough deposit (or guarantee) to reduce their risk.
Refinancing existing loans
If you have a loan and want to make sure that it is still suitable we can help. Maybe this means: checking the interest rate; checking features such as offset or redraw; or reviewing the loan term.
