What do you love most about your job?
I'm obsessed with helping middle managers be the most effective, confident and productive leaders they can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was a middle manager, I often felt isolated and if I wasn't being squished from above and below, I was being pulled in all different directions. Despite limited support and access to learning and development, I knew this level and it's access to all levels had the potential to be incredibly powerful and influential for the success of the business. Mid-level management needs more professional and leadership development if a company wants to grow and thrive!
