Ranjith responded promptly to my call for help with my Acer Laptop in a Blue Screen of Death spiral. He was able to resolve the underlying issues, backing up all my files and reloading all software. Ranjith from ITFIX2U was incredibly helpful in fixing my email issues and improving my home WiFi. I was struggling with my emails not syncing properly, and my internet kept dropping out.
He diagnosed the problems quickly and explained everything in a clear and patient manner, which I really appreciated.
He is very elderly-friendly and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening, without rushing through anything. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable yet so patient and respectful. Highly recommend his services for any tech issues.
