If you don't have an NDIS plan? We can help you plan for and apply for NDIS funding.
Aged Care - in home support
Are you eligible for government assistance? QuCare can assist you to gain funded care to meet your individual needs.
Home Care Packages are one of the ways older Australians can access affordable care services to get some help at home.
Depending on the level of Home Care Package you receive (your financial situation won't affect your eligibility or your pension), you can get assistance with a range of different services.

Community Access Program:
Our support workers are trained to provide assistance to your loved one that will build their capacity to be as independent as possible with all activities of daily living.
They may include (but not limited to):
- Learning to catch public transport
- Ordering a meal (communication)
- How to borrow a book from the public Library
- Developing appropriate behaviour and social skills
- Shopping for groceries (meal prep)
- Attending Allied Health appointments
- Improving communication skills and meaningful relationships outside of the family unit.
Aged Care Consultant
Is the MyAgedCare system giving you a headache? Our personal concierge team are here to help you navigate the application process, interview advocacy and connecting you with the right plan manager for your circumstances - right through until you receive a Home Care Package.
At this time we do not support CHSP approved participants. This service receives limited Government funding and isn't viable for us or you (co-payment required).
