1-year warranty for materials and workmanship – covering things like finishes, trim, fixtures, etc.

2-year warranty for systems – including plumbing, electrical, and AIRCON System.

10-year structural warranty – covering the foundation, framing, and other structural elements.

What inspired me to start my own business was a mix of passion, pride, and purpose.

After working in the construction industry and seeing both the good and the bad, I realized I wanted to do things differently—better. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to uphold my own standards, build a trustworthy team, and take full ownership of every project from start to finish. There's nothing more rewarding than handing over the keys to a happy client and knowing I had a part in building their future.

Digital Design & Plan Reviews: Clients can review and approve blueprints, renderings, and revisions through shared platforms or email.

Progress Updates: I provide regular photo and video updates from the job site, along with detailed reports so clients can stay in the loop from anywhere.

Online Selections: Clients can choose finishes, fixtures, and materials from curated online catalogs, with guidance from me or a designer.

Electronic Contracts & Invoicing: All paperwork, contracts, and payments can be handled digitally for convenience and transparency.
