Inducting your tenant is the most important appointment of the tenancy. At this scheduled appointment we outline clearly all the expectations to your tenant, before we handover the keys to your property. This reduces the chance of complicated problems arising later. We have also completed a series of Induction videos for your tenant, as well as information/instructional videos that your tenant can reference during the lease.
