Phoenix Holistic Counselling is all about attending to you and your needs.
I don't have a one size fits all approach. Rather, I take the time to carefully listen to your concerns and challenges and tailor therapeutic interventions that will best suit you, to give you the outcome you're looking to achieve.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being a counsellor is the amazing people I come into contact with every day. It's such a privilege to have clients trust me with their stories and then working together with me to improve the outcomes in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After having worked for various services and organizations, I realized that I am not a therapist that can be restricted to one size fits all therapeutic interventions. Working for myself means that I am free to attend to clients based on their individual needs and requirements, which experience has shown me leads to better outcomes for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
While there is no such thing as the right fit for everyone, I believe that my success with client retention is due to my non-judgemental, respectful and gentle approach to clients and their life situation. I offer a safe space for clients to work through what is troubling them. I have received much positive feedback from clients over the years that their time with me has lead to positive change in their lives.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer online services through a secure, encrypted platform designed especially for Australian health care providers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My counselling room is meticulously cleaned regularly disinfected.
Clients can also conduct their sessions remotely via my online platform, if they feel safer with distant counselling than face to face contact.
